Our Matrix Pricing function allows the same goods to be charged at different rates and the Receipt facility allows the creation of Invoices to 'one-off' customers. Long Invoice entries (over 1,500 words per line entry) are accommodated. Different, user-adjustable invoices can be printed, with optional Remittance Advice Slips, Invoice Notes, Customer Ageing etc. The Auto-Biller, ideal for web- hosting and subscription management automatically creates invoices at different user-defined intervals. Once an invoice has been created, full sales ledger facilities allow payment allocation, aged Debtor reports and payment chasing facilities - including printing Statements of Account and telephone 'Chase Lists'.
