This software is really 2 separate pieces of one application, the accounting side and the Stock control side. Each are available at around $230, and together provide a complete accounting and retail management software application. Although the price seems a little steep if you've been considering the free or next to free accounting applications available out there, APS makes up for this by offering a superior interface in both appearance and usability, as well as offering unlimited companies, and indeterminate time frame for the use of the software under your single license. With this software you can easily manage all of your accounting, inventory, invoicing, reporting, and sales needs, though a single application, or if you only need one side, such as the accounting side, you are free to purchase only this. APS also supports 18 different sources such as MS Access, for the importing or exporting of spreadsheets, or data, to make setting up the software, and organizing your data as easy as possible. And the visual interface is a real treat. Although not the cheapest software in its category, definitely worth the coin if your looking for a complete package.
