You only have to enter info in the data fields that you want,you can leave any fields blank. Here are the data fields it currently has: DATE OF SIGHTING, TIMEOF SIGHTING, NAME OF BIRD SIGHTED, HOW MANY BIRDS SIGHTED, SIGHTING LOCATION DESCRIPTION, SIGHTINGADDRESS, BIRD SIGHTING RANK, BIRD SEX, FIELD NOTES, SIGHTED BY, and more. There are no limit tothe number of bird sightings you record. You can also import up to two photos of each birdsighted.
