ClubTimer is a program for management CyberCafe (Internet Cafe). It performs time accounting, session cost calculations, and time booking. It offers the possibility to keep clients' database with accumulative discount system, and also operates clients' personal cards (accounts). ClubTimer has an access system for operators, which restricts access of other users to any of its components. All files created during the work (statistics, logs)

There is a built-in proxy server that performs traffic accounting. In addition to these, the program provides various tools for remote control of the clients' computers.
