The photo album databases (MS Access) store information about the photos added to the album: where they are; size and last updated; thumbnail; and optional user input such as keywords, attributes and dates. Photo entry is fast with the ability to peg values to be retained for subsequent photos. Searching for photos uses a form that makes it simple to create powerful queries on album information. Name your search conditions and they can be saved to create a permanent image group for slideshows and printing. Future photos of people or topics that match an existing saved search will automatically be included in that group. The print module lets you print one to many photos per page together with formatted text. Photo sharing options include emailing photos and slideshow export to HDTV, iPad, iPhone, Apple TV & Photo Frames. The email module allows you to manage the size (kb) of the email and add captions and the sender details to the photo. A common text selector lets you choose which of the stored album information is displayed for thumbnail captions, popup displays, slideshows and printing. EXIF (digital camera), IPTC (press) and Photoshop (File/File Info) comments embedded in images may be extracted, displayed, printed, searched for and sorted on. Album integrity is maintained with tools to find photos moved or edited with other programs. Easy to learn. An SQL Server option is available for increased images per database and network access by many users. LAN Installation option for reduced TCO.
