EasyPinBoard resembles the pinboard metaphor:
Notes can be added, moved, modified or deleted. There\\\'s no
authentication; Like in real life anyone may access the pinboard.
Maintainers of an EasyPinBoard installation may protect specific notes
from being moved, modified or deleted.

EasyPinBoard needs PHP (=V4.1, tested under V5.0). No database is
needed since all data is written as files. The PHP configuration
