doesn't download youtube vids unless you start (the separate program YouTube Downloader first - no joke). The support staff only provides canned phrases so integrating it with you browser is a mystery. Only works with Flashgot for Firefox and only works then if you start YouTube Downloader first. Why Gizmo at Tech Support Alert recommends it I don't know. DVDVideosoft works as well as Free YouTube download. But I did get an older version of Gigaget to work with Firefox (hear bad things about new). But Free Download Manager works with software however it's no faster than Gigaget. Gigaget was fastest I've ever tried. Hear the current version and Chinese company owning it stink. Why FDM is such a mystery I don't know. But there are so many alternatives who cares. Also Gizmo at Tech Support Alert didn't like File Shredder but I found it was best reviewed since one didn't have to watch it for prompts (super waste of time). One professional software reviewer said most of the programs he tested stunk. I guess that's life huh?????
