The IntaChange infrastructure makes managing changes simple and effortless all while providing a secure environment to log and track changes in your corporation. Given that IntaChange is a web-based application that does not need to be installed on every individual computer in our network, we were able to seamlessly integrate its use into our corporate processes. As anyone with a large IT department can attest, web-hosting an application significantly reduces the resources required to maintain the system. IntaChange allows us to host the application on our internal network, thus ensuring that the information stored is secure and accessible only from within our network. The simplicity of the application ensures that we are able to effectively monitor tasks while ensuring that all employees are able to log and track changes with little to no training. Additionally, IntaChange has a variety of features that make it indispensable to our organization. Among the most useful are; the ability to add comments to change requests to explain not only what you have done but why, the generation of automated alerts as tasks progress including email notifications to relevant personnel, and the ease of assigning and reassigning tasks to staff. Another useful feature is the ability to generate reports in pdf, word and html formats, which allows information to be readily shared with a variety of end users. Furthermore, IntaChange provides an online environment in which many players in our organization can review and either agree upon or reject proposed tasks and changes. IntaChange is also completely customizable; we were able to adapt the online terminology and processes to those already used within our organization. Adopting IntaChange provided us with the management oversight we needed in order to prioritize and successfully complete many international projects. With the help of the IntaChange system, we were able to easily track our projects at every stage, from initial request through to completion. Overall, IntaChange has quickly become an integral tool used within our organization; we highly recommend IntaChange for anyone looking for an efficient and effective solution to team-based change management.
