Provides properties for reading and writing data from/to IO ports.
Same access to hardware ports on any Windows platform.

Block data transfer enables high speed data transfer.
DirectAccess mode enables fastest IO port access on Windows NT/2000/XP.
Available for Delphi 5, 6, 7, 2005, 2006 and C++ Builder 4, 5, 6, 2006.
