RAUL stands for 'Run As User Launchpad'. RAUL was originally designed for use by IT groups and IT Help Desk personnel to access utilities such as Task Manager in a restricted desktop environment. However, RAUL can also be a useful tool to anyone who needs quick and easy access to utilities using another account's access privileges.
