SpearNZB has been in development for a little under one year. As a programmer there is nothing better than writing code that is useful, and this program has been useful to me. Even though there are a few applications that have similar features, I couldn\\\'t find one that had all of the features that I needed. I know that I was probably not alone. If you need a program that * Open multiple NZB files at once * Supported on all major operating systems including Windows, OSX and Linux * View the nfo file eaisly without searching for it * Go to a hyperlink contained in the NFO file * Email notification after a download has completed * Download a sample before downloading the rest of the file * 20 simultaneous downloads * SSL encryption * Automatically unrars files without any external program * Automatically attempts to fix corrupt files * Set a directory to watch for NZB files, open and then download * Skips downloading par files, if they are needed, they can easily downloaded later * Uses popular NZB web sites RSS feeds and provided API\\\'s to download TV Shows when they become available * Moves files based on name of contents and file type. Great for media centers and especially TV shows * Places episodes in folders for their seasons and renames in the format that includes the season, episode and episode name * Various look and feels * Download TV Series/Episode information from TheTVDB. The information is then used to download TV Shows after they air.
