SSE Setup takes a couple of minutes to get the hang of - but it practically holds your hand through the process of creating an install. Each screen has pertinent help and for more detailed help, you can press F1 on any screen and detailed context-sensitive help for the page you are on will appear.
SSE Setup doesn't do everything a person could possibly want to do - but it doesn't claim to. Unlike some other products, it doesn't claim to be the "best" because the truth is what's best to install your program might not be best for someone else. But it does claim to be easy and able to quickly turn out decent installers with features that most people need/want. And on that benchmark, it clearly measures up.
No stability or functionality problems were noted - it has a lot of features. It's not the best looking, but it's perfectly fine.
