In one of the endless plains of the North America there is an unnoticeable at first sight lake. Nothing, it would seem, could distinguish it from other similar lakes. But it is not at all like that. The thing is that in ancient times, when the reaches of this plain were inhabited by the Indians, this lake was considered to be a sacred lake as it was believed that having a bathe in this lake could heal from any severe disease forever. Of course, the Indians do not longer live near this lake, but it still bears the name of “The Great Lake”.
